San Diego adopted its first Mobility Master Plan, establishing a citywide framework for future transportation investments.
The plan identified priority connections and projects for walking, bicycling and transit while linking mobility decisions with housing growth and climate goals.
A master plan organizes choices but does not build them. Capital funding, street-level design and construction pace would determine how quickly residents experienced a safer and more connected network.
